Reservations
Because our spa services are very popular, we recommend that you make your reservations for your appointments prior to your arrival at Jentayu Spa. All spa services are subject to availability. You can make reservations via phone, on-line or visiting our spa.
Group Event / Spa Party: Before securing your appointment date, we will need to know the number of people in your party (6 person minimum) and what treatments each guest would like. Group events or spa parties require a secured deposit of 50% with balance due 48 hours prior to event. Host must guarantee number of attendees 48 hours before event and is responsible for full fees of any guest or no-shows after guaranteed date.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at the spa reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives you ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment without any reduced treatment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Home Spa Process
Home Spa service is available from Monday to Friday only (NOT including public holidays) from 10am to 6pm.
For now, areas of delivery for Home Spa service is available for customers living nearby to Jentayu Spa such as Damansara Heights, Bangsar, Hartamas, Mont Kiara and certain areas in Petaling Jaya.
There is a RM 90 minimum for home spa treatments. You must let us know the dates and times that would be best for you to have a Home Spa treatment. We will schedule a spa therapist(s) who is available for one of those times. Once a time has been scheduled we will call you back to confirm. You must provide an appropriate location, environment and access in order for home spa treatment to be provided.
All treatments are performed on a floor mattress. Massage bed is available upon request. Manicures and pedicures are done on a chair or couch.
The Spa therapist(s) will arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to set up. At that time please inform your Spa therapists of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Our Spa therapists are equipped with towels, disposable panties, robes (if requested) and everything necessary to perform a home spa therapy.
Our Spa therapists take great care in insuring your privacy, all body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. It is recommended that you shower prior to a body treatment.
Price of all Jentayu Home Spa treatments includes RM20 transportation charge & RM20 home service charge.
Transportation charge is excluded if you choose to provide own transportation to pick up spa therapists from Jentayu Spa and back.
Payment for all Jentayu Home Spa treatments must be in CASH only.

Confirmation via on-line booking
Appointments made via Jentayu Spa’s website will be confirmed within 24 hours of submission. Your booking is only confirmed after you receive an e-mail or phone call from Jentayu Spa. We recommend that you call us to check if you haven’t received any confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We regret that any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges apply in case of a missed appointment with no advance notice. You must speak directly with a Jentayu Spa staff member when cancelling an appointment.
Group Events/Spa Parties: Cancellations for group events or for an entire spa party must be made 7 days in advance in order to receive deposit refund. Cancellations for group events less than 7 days before event date are not subject to deposit refund. Once your appointment date has been guaranteed 48 hours in advance of your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows

Special Needs
Your health and comfort are important to us. Please let us know if you have any specific concerns, needs or questions. If you have any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions, please let us know when making your appointments and once again when you are introduced to your spa therapist.

Payment
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted at the spa. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes. Prices are correct at the time of publishing and subject to change without prior notice. We are sorry, but we are unable to accept personal checks for spa services.
For Jentayu Home Spa Treatments, all payment must be made in cash only.

Special Considerations
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please inform your spa therapist of any medical condition prior to the treatment.

Heat Treatments
We recommend guests to take up only one heat treatment per day and to refrain from any vigorous activities for at least one hour after the treatment. Guests are advised to drink plenty of water and to allocate an hour after meals prior to any heat treatments.

Minimum Age
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the spa.

Etiquette
We respectfully request all guests to help us maintain the peaceful serenity of spa by keeping noise to a minimum. Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged. Pets are not permitted at the spa. Please refrain from taking photographs at the spa.

Amenities
Toiletries along with disposable underwear, robe and slippers are provided for guests' convenience.

Spa Treatment Hours
Jentayu Spa is open from 10am to 8pm daily. Last reservation/booking for the day is at 6pm.
Home Spa service is available from Monday to Friday only (NOT including public holidays) from 10am to 6pm.

Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are prohibited within the spa premises. Guests should avoid the consumption of alcohol before any spa treatment.

Valuables
A vanity box is provide for safe-keeping your personal belongs upon check-in. Please secure it in the personal locker assigned to you in the changing room. The management accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.

Personal Possessions
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing or accessories. It would be best not to bring or wear jewelry, or any other items of value, as we ask you to remove them for your treatment.

Gift Certificates/Vouchers
Gift certificates/vouchers are available for purchase at the spa. Please approach the spa reception for more information.

Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
